Future-ready organizations don’t happen by chance: They need a clear strategy with a long-term perspective – and the ability to bring it to life together. I believe a great deal is possible – when leaders and teams purposefully contribute their strengths and perspectives, work toward a shared goal, and deliberately use technology to become faster and better.
What I bring to the table: Clarity in analysis – and the creativity to turn insights into genuinely new paths forward. Discipline in execution, even when things get complex. The courage to ask tough questions — I’d rather ask “Why not?” than “Why?”. Technology as a central lever for better decisions and scalable impact. And leadership that delivers: with clarity in expectations, trust in people – and the conviction that heterogeneous teams perform best.
With 20 years of leadership experience, I work with organizations of all kinds as an executive, interim manager, and advisory board member — from mid-sized companies and nonprofits to large corporations.

Executive
I lead organizations through complex transformations — and deliver measurable results. As general manager, COO or head of a business unit.
With P&L responsibility up to €1.25bn EUR and deep experience in technology-driven environments, I bring strategic vision and operational excellence together – always with people at the center.
Interim
When organizations are at a turning point, decisions and action can’t wait or interim leadership is needed – I step in, take ownership, give guidance and deliver results.
Analytical in diagnosis, pragmatic in execution. Specialized in organizational transformation, portfolio optimization, operating models, and leadership alignment.
Advisory Board Member & Senior Advisor
At the heart of my board work is transformation — whether digital, in leadership transitions, or toward sustainability and innovation. As an advisory board member and senior advisor, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset, operational depth, and a clear focus on impact to every engagement.
As a shareholder of our family business and certified board member, I know both sides of the table.
